Day 72, last class day

So today was our very last class day, though we still have another week left of the program. It was a very sad day, and I don't want the teachings to end. Steven is so anointed, and I treasure every moment I have the opportunity to sit under him.
We gave our second sermons today in class. Mine was called "Raising Godly Children" and I am very pleased with how it turned out! I felt confident going in and did great. I scored perfectly in all 11 categories and couldn't be more excited!
After that, we covered our last two topics of class: anointing and persecution. Good stuff!
What mostly spoke to me was persecution because I struggle with that. Did you know that you cannot grow without persecution?  Think about it, who grows when everything is going perfect for them? How does that effect your character? It doesn't! The greater the persecution, the greater the manifestation of God. Wow! That is so encouraging! So preach the good news in spite of the persecution, and you will receive your reward in heaven.

One of my favorite, under used, scriptures in the bible!

Today was Singapore's national day! Everyone was off of work and school, dress in red and white, and celebrate (just like our July 4th). So after class, we headed back home for a party at the house to watch the celebrations on TV. They have a huge show, parade, and firework show over Marina Bay to celebrate. Fun night!
