Day 22

     It has been so smokey all around the entire country of Singapore for the last few days. I learned today that there is a huge forest fire in Indonesia, and the smoke is what is hazey everywhere! We smell it outdoors, in the bus, in the house, you can't escape the smell. So today, we bought masks!! We now blend in with the rest of the locals who have been wearing the masks for the last few days!

     We looked funny, but it really was a life saver! I know it can't be healthy breathing in all that smoke for the last few days all day, everyday!
     Today was great! Really enjoyed class again, as usual! We started our new book called The Disciple of Christ! It is about learning to be a disciple, then becoming a mentor and discipling others. We bounced back to our other book Human Relations In World Missions, and continued from yesterday on the importance of vision.
     Then we had another class on Khmer, getting us prepared for Cambodia! We leave in 4 days! Crazy that right when we are all getting comfortable and in a routine, we are moving again! But that's okay  because being too comfortable is never a good thing! I am so excited to go, and use some of the language we have been learning!! I am also excited to live with the other girls who don't stay with us in our house in Singapore. Since they are locals, they live in their own houses! It will be fun! They are all so sweet, fun, and caring! Love each of them!
     I read my reading for the day on the bus, so when I got home, I was able to take a quick nap, then started my outline. I was finished by 8! That is the earliest I have ever been finished!! Then me and Jenn cleaned the house. Now I am ready for bed! Can't wait to get to bed for 10:30 since we usually don't get to sleep until sometime around 12:30am!
