Day 13

     Today started off a bit rough. I only slept about 3 hours last night, and could hardly pry myself out of bed this morning. But the Lord gave me supernatural strength because amazingly I wasn't tired in class today. Class was awesome, too! We talked about the resurrections, and how we too will have a resurrection day. So good!
     I had a lot of Bible reading to catch up on. The classes Bible plan is to finish the entire Bible in 3 months, so we have a good bit to read daily. I spent majority of my spare time reading His Word. So good! I've read the Bible for years, but there is something different about reading it this time, maybe the expectancy I have while reading knowing I must form a sermon outline on my readings daily. I guess I am reading with more scrutiny, wanting to absorb every detail.
     Tonight Bliss and I walked down to McDonalds to have dinner and read there for a change of scenery. While there, they had a birthday group come in and they were singing "Happy Birthday" out loud, so we joined in. Afterwards, they brought us two pieces of chocolate cake and thanked us for singing! It was so sweet! The people here for the most part are soooo nice, after they get over their staring spell. It seems everyone stares at us, since they don't get a lot of "white" people here much.
